Be One with your mirror
Practice body rolls against a mirror or wall. You can start a downward roll with your head and follow with your chest, stomach, hips, and knees. An upward roll is all about reversing the downward roll — you just come back with your knees, hips, stomach, chest, and finally, your head. Doing this gives you a better chance of getting muscle memory as well as muscles to perform excellent body rolls while dancing.
